If you believe that content available through Acquirely's website, platform, SDK, or related services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice.
Your DMCA Notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
Identification of the infringing material, including:
direct URL(s)
screenshots
copies of infringing code
video timestamps
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
If you believe your material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
Your consent to the jurisdiction of California courts
Your contact information
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Acquirely may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Acquirely reserves the right to:
disable or terminate accounts
revoke access to the SDK
block IP addresses
prevent future registrations
…for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
This includes:
copying UI/UX
reproducing SDK functionality
cloning design systems
distributing unauthorized derivative works
publishing internal Acquirely assets
mirroring documentation or code examples
uploading screen recordings of internal tools
We take violations seriously.
5. Removal of Infringing Material
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, Acquirely will:
Remove or disable access to infringing material
Notify the affected user
Provide instructions for filing a counter-notification
Log the event for enforcement history
Investigate whether account termination is appropriate
Acquirely may also cooperate with:
hosting providers
CDN providers
domain registrars
marketplaces
law enforcement
…if necessary.
