Acquirely LLC – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Uses

Users may NOT use the Service:

1.1 Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activity

You may not engage in:

• illegal activities,
• fraudulent behavior,
• deceptive practices,
• attempts to misrepresent identity,
• providing false business details,
• unauthorized account access,
• impersonation of another person or entity.

1.2 Security Violations

You may not:

• bypass access controls,
• probe or test vulnerabilities,
• interfere with or disrupt service integrity,
• access non-public areas of the platform,
• attempt to disable, overload, or compromise systems,
• deploy malware, scripts, or automated agents.

1.3 Misuse of the SDK

The Acquirely SDK may not be used to:

• reverse engineer platform behavior,
• extract internal data,
• inspect DOM injections for competitive analysis,
• replicate UI/UX flows or theme structures,
• modify GHL in unauthorized ways,
• circumvent intended design limitations,
• manipulate areas of GHL unrelated to customization.

This includes automated scraping, DOM traversal for competitive mapping, and source inspection.

1.4 Competitive or Derivative Activities

Users may NOT:

• build or assist in building a competing product,
• use insights from the SDK to create clones,
• hire developers to replicate behavior,
• extract UI patterns or design structures,
• build Chrome extensions or scripts replicating Acquirely features,
• create theme builders, layout editors, or customization tools based on internal logic,
• use the Service for benchmarking, competitive research, or technical analysis.

1.5 Abuse of Developer Access

You may not:

• share SDK access with unauthorized developers,
• distribute credentials, tokens, or snippets,
• allow contractors to analyze platform behavior without disclosure,
• hide third-party development relationships.

1.6 Misuse of Customer Support

You may not:

• request support for competitive purposes,
• misuse debugging sessions to extract system insights,
• record internal support calls for competitive development,
• solicit private architectural information from Acquirely staff.

All support interactions are confidential.

2. GoHighLevel Platform Compliance

Since the Service operates inside GHL, you agree:

• not to disrupt GHL's normal operation,
• not to manipulate GHL features in unintended ways,
• not to interfere with GHL data processing,
• not to break GHL's Terms of Service.

Acquirely reserves the right to disable features that violate GHL's policies.

3. Content Restrictions

You may not upload, transmit, or use the Service to generate:

• malicious scripts,
• unauthorized code injections,
• copyright-infringing materials,
• harmful data or payloads,
• disruptive UI modifications.

4. Network & API Abuse

You may not:

• overload APIs or SDK endpoints,
• use automated scraping tools,
• attempt unauthorized API access,
• interfere with rate-limiting mechanisms.

5. Enforcement & Termination

Acquirely may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of:

• this AUP,
• the Terms & Conditions,
• the SDK License Agreement,
• applicable laws or regulations,
• GHL platform rules.

Acquirely may take legal action if misuse results in:

• platform damage,
• competitive harm,
• IP infringement,
• security breaches.

6. Reporting Violations

Suspected AUP violations should be reported to:

• description of the violation,
• affected account email,
• screenshots or relevant context.

Reports are confidential.

7. Changes to This AUP

Acquirely may update this AUP.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
