1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Acquirely LLC's software, tools, scripts, SDK, or related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Your creation of an account and continued use of the Service constitute acceptance of these Terms.
2. Service Description
Acquirely provides software, SDK modules, UI customization tools, and related services designed to extend or modify aspects of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
Acquirely is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel.
3. Eligibility & Competitor Restrictions
The Service is intended for legitimate agency users and SaaS owners using GoHighLevel.
The following individuals and entities are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service:
- Companies or individuals developing, assisting in developing, or contributing to a competing product, SDK, theme editor, UI toolkit, Chrome extension, visual customization tool, or internal DOM-modification module for GHL.
- Contractors, developers, or third parties acting on behalf of any competitor.
- Anyone evaluating the product for competitive purposes.
Acquirely reserves the right to deny or revoke access if competitive intent is suspected.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account,
- all actions taken under your account,
- ensuring only authorized individuals access your workspace.
You agree to notify Acquirely immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscription & Billing
- The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds follow the policies of our payment processor (Stripe).
- Acquirely may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes,
- interfere with or disrupt functionality,
- access areas of the system you are not permitted to access,
- inspect, extract, scrape, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service,
- clone, replicate, or attempt to recreate the functionality, behavior, structure, or design of the Service or its internal logic.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
7.1 Acquirely Ownership
All code, logic, modules, styles, UI structures, scripts, designs, workflows, documentation, and internal architecture used by the Service are the exclusive property of Acquirely LLC.
Users receive no ownership rights of any kind.
7.2 No Reverse Engineering or Derivative Work
You may not:
- copy, inspect, or analyze the Service for competitive development,
- build derivative products based on Acquirely's logic, workflows, or UI patterns,
- reuse any part of the Service to build competing features or products,
- develop tools that materially replicate or imitate Acquirely's behavior, structure, or design.
7.3 Confidential Materials
Any technical support, troubleshooting assistance, private discussions, screen shares, or internal materials accessed during support interactions are considered confidential and may not be used for competitive development.
8. Competitive Behavior & Termination
Acquirely reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without refund if:
- competitive intent is detected,
- internal structures or behaviors are analyzed for replication,
- reverse engineering is attempted,
- a user or affiliated developer begins work on a competing tool,
- users provide misleading or incomplete information about affiliations with competing products.
This is a material breach of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service operates within, or in connection with, the GoHighLevel platform.
GoHighLevel is a trademark of its respective owner.
Acquirely is not responsible for:
- outages, updates, or API changes made by GHL,
- issues caused by third-party dependencies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquirely LLC is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities,
- disruptions caused by GHL platform changes,
- issues arising from user misconfiguration or unauthorized modifications.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
Acquirely may suspend or terminate access:
- for violations of these Terms,
- for competitive behavior,
- to protect system integrity,
- for non-payment.
Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
Acquirely may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted to the Terms page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
