Acquirely LLC – Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions, payments, and charges made to Acquirely LLC ("Acquirely", "we", "us").

By subscribing to Acquirely, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Billing

Acquirely operates on a subscription basis.

All plans renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Billing occurs at the time of purchase and on each renewal date.
  • You may view or update billing details in your account dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because Acquirely is a digital software service with instant value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds are only issued in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Erroneous duplicate subscriptions
  • Proven billing errors
  • Fraudulent charges (verified by Stripe)

Acquirely does not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Technical limitations due to GoHighLevel
  • Misconfiguration of your account
  • Violations of Terms, AUP, or SDK License

3. Automatic Renewals

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellations apply at the end of the current cycle.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unmerited chargeback may result in:

  • account suspension,
  • SDK access termination,
  • revocation of all licenses,
  • collection efforts for disputed amounts.
